- Breaking up projects into coherent pieces (completed in the Programme document);
- Having several developers estimate for each of these pieces;
- Combine these estimates, using averaging and statistical models to compensate for the differences between our developers’ estimates;
- Total these estimates, along with project overheads- such as project management, testing, and deployment
With a Programme document and a Moderation sheet, Acumen can guarantee to a fixed and final price for the development.
Once agreed with our customer, the prototyping and development phase commences.
