Initally, we ask all our to clients take a few minutes to fill in our Project Request Form, to jump start our understanding of their needs.
Next we like to meet our clients to discuss ther needs more fully, and create a checklist of the features of their project, in terms clear to all stake holders.
This gives us the information we need to draft a Programme Document - this serves as the terms of reference for a project, which is clear and understandable to the client, and also to our developers.
The Programme Document
Our Programme documents break down the core sections of the system individually, and clearly describing what actions the user will be able to perform on them - for example, listing, adding, editing, and deleting.
We ensure our Programme documents contain any assumptions made about the scope of the system and its features.
We pass a draft of this document onto our clients, and if need be we’ll meet again to discuss any issues - and continue with this cycle, until our developers and the client are completely satisfied with this document.
Then we move onto the moderation stage of the process, where our skilled and experienced team estimate and quote for the work.
