Inotropix frequently contacts your servers to determine their status, including response times and the condition of their services.
You can be automatically contacted about a problem - for example, if the server that hosts your web site is under a heavy load you could be emailed about it, however if the server responsible for your payment processing has failed, you’ll probably want to be notified immediately, by an automated phone call or SMS text message.
