Acumen developed NetFuse to provide a means for organisations to converge all their communications technology by providing a centralised internet-based telephony system (’IP Centrex’) along with a single upstream provider for all services.
NetFuse provides basic line features such as Voicemail, Call Divert, Caller ID- and enhances them with more diverse aspects such as Managed Teleconferencing, International Numbering, SMS, and automated operator (’IVR’) functionality.
NetFuse was officially released on 29th February 2008.
